I really want to ..

LOSE WEIGHT! But, I am stuck in a rut. I went from 171 to 150, now 145 after delivery. I'm almost 4 weeks P/O. I ran 1 day on the treadmill, and have been doing some light cardio and crunches, but I've been limiting myself on the crunches because I don't want to over-do it, yet.

I'm just stuck in a rut. & I'm frustrated. Can I get some motivation, please? lol

My boyfriend gave me some money to go buy some clothes yesterday. Well, I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans and two shirts, but I'm so not happy w/ my butt. I know it will come off, if I work at it, but I thought I'd feel better after shopping. :(

    Um....how about some of us are still very much heavy and pregnant and can even imagine the thought of running or doing crunches!

    Be thankful for your progress and that you have your LO to enjoy. Smile

  • Are you even cleared to be running yet? That can do some major damage... When you do start up again you really need to be running outdoors vs. on a treadmill (it's better for you) and never take more than 1 day off at a time. Run for 2 days off 1 while doing weights on your off days.
