My doctor said absolutely not to even 1/2 tablet of Unisom.. strange! Just goes to show that every doc is different and you really should call YOUR doctor to find out what they say.
my doc told me to take unisom and b6 for the queasiness and it helps. They also told me I can take Ibprofren for a kindey stone (although I didnt) . All doctors are different. And like they said they would never let me take something they know would intentionally harm my baby. They dont wanna be sued. I try not to take meds but sometimes you need to. Being sick and stressed is not good for the baby either.

Vitamin B6 ? 25 mg tablet take up to 3 a day ? not to exceed 75 mg per day
Unisom ? ? tablet two times during the day and 1 full tablet at bedtime
