First girls shopping trip=success!

I went to the mall with LO and my friend and her 23 month old DD on Saturday.  Lo was hungry soon after we got there, which I knew would happen.  So we went to a store that my friend wanted to go to and I that I didn't really care about and I fed her while she shopped.  :)  Then of course she was wet so they went ahead while I had my first public bathroom changing table experience, and then we caught up to them at the next store.  All in all it went well, it was just always go go go, and I was tired when I got home.  I told her that having a newborn saves you money, because I didn't really buy anything.  But, the goal was to get out with DD and I did that and had a few firsts along the way.  One thing that was nice was when she cried we were in children's stores so the other moms looked sympathetic instead of being annoyed.  And everywhere we went people oohed and ahhed over how sweet and tiny she was.

My /Chart; BFP 3/8/11 CP 3/16/11; 7/11 HSG & S/A both clear;
Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

    That sounds like fun!  Glad it went well.  I'm hoping to make my first shopping run without my husband this week!

    Wow you made it longer than me I was out with lo at two weeks and both my 2u2 at three weeks, alone. I would have gone stir crazy waiting longer.

    Yeah I wasn't feeling the best still at 2 weeks.  I went out alone at 2 and 3 weeks for an afternoon.  I have ran a few small errands with her each week, but not a whole morning of just clothes shopping.  :)

    First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09
    Then came a miscarriage March '11
    Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12

    Glad it was a success! 

     We have had several shopping trips but my first one I ended up having to go into a dressing room to nurse my LO as she refused the bottle of milk I had pumped.
