How many naps is LO taking now? DC is starting to push for 1-nap a day. However the main teacher in his room was saying that if he's exhausted and needs a nap he will be able to nap (which I was happy to hear). She thinks it will be beneficial for him, because at DC he doesn't go down for his morning nap early enough to take a decently timed afternoon nap. He did really well yesterday staying up until noon, and then a 2 hour and 15 minute nap. He was up until bed time too (though he did pass out for a few minutes while drinking his bottle of half formula/half milk!) and actually went to bed at a decent time (8:15).
While I will miss two naps a day, I will love him going back to bed around 8/8:30 again if that's the case! This going to bed at 9:30/10 has been rough on us. OUr house mainly. My normal routine was to get him to bed then I'd clean one room a night and then take my shower. Lately he's been going to bed too late for me to clean at night.

Depends on the day for us:
She usually does 2 naps a day at daycare now. Some days she'll only get 1 nap there and she comes home A MESS. We can barely get through dinner and have to put her to bed at 6:30 on those days!
My mom watches her 2 days a week and on those days she usually takes 3 extra long naps. haha. Catching up from the missed sleep on daycare days!
When she's home with us on the weekends it's usually 2 longer naps.
She takes two catnaps. I wish i had a real napper. Around 10am she'll sleep for 15 to 20min and then again around 3pm. Never longer than 30min each...boo. Her daycare teacher tried for weeks to get her to sleep longer but she just doesn?t want to, so its a long Bell filled day!

I would LOVE this schedule!!!
Yeah, that sounds amazing!
We are still doing 2 naps. I am starting to wonder if we'll be transitioning soon. Sometimes she takes 2 good naps (yesterday she napped for a total of 4 hours!) and other days she fights them both (Monday she napped for about an hour total). So who knows!
Layla still takes two naps a day and needs them - she naps 3 hours after she wakes up, without fail.
Normal day (lately...)
Wake up 6:30 AM.
Nap 9:30 - 10:30 AM.
Nap 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM.
Bed 7:00 PM.
Yea, we definitely got lucky with Bay! She is a sleeper and has been since day 1. Even when she is teething she rarely wakes up at night. I really never enforced a schedule with her, I just let her put herself on a schedule and so far it is working for us.

With us he seems to need to sleep 3 hours after waking, but I think it's because we're not as fun as DC! Not that we don't entertain him, but he's got friends at school!
Ditto all of this, except he naps around noon.

This is us. I tried for one nap yesterday. It was a disaster! She screamed for 20 min straight until she passed out....obviously over-tired. Right now we are taking a nap around 10:30 and then if she needs it, around 2 or 3. When I go back to work in late-August, her new daycare will put her down for a nap around 12:30 so we need to push her first nap back until then at some point in the summer...not looking forward to it! I'm glad your LO is taking one a day! That's awesome!
DD takes 2 naps. She's not showing any signs of dropping 1 either.

BFP!! 8/29/16 --> EDD: 5/11/17....it's a GIRL!!!
Liam has been doing one nap at daycare consistently for about 2 weeks now, it's usually 2.5-3 hours. But I guess at home we're just not as exciting, because he's always ready for a morning one there by 9am! So on the weekends, he usually takes a cat nap in the morning, about 45 minutes, then another one around 1pm, which is usually about 1.5 hours.
I'm SO ready for him to move to one nap, I find the 2 nap thing to be a pain to schedule things around!

Almost always 2 one home days, 1 on DC days (sometimes with a 2nd 20-30 min catnap)
By 14-15 months they encourage a single nap 12:30-2:30ish, I am anxious to see how he makes that transition.
