I prayed. I really did. I begged that when he would wake up throughout the night, he wouldn't scream in pain for 45 minutes. Lucas did SO much better. I was worried because he refused to nurse or take a pumped bottle before bed so he went to bed with an empty belly. He woke up 50 minutes later but just for a cuddle. Then slept 2.5 hours! Huge improvement. He woke up with no crying and nursed for 15 minutes! Then slept another 2.5 hours and nursed again!!!!! He only screamed once and only for 5 minutes. He had tons of pee diapers and although he still won't swallow his drool he is visibly in a better mood. Having a sick baby is much worse than I imagined. It definitely brought back NICU memories. Now if only the blisters that are all over him would GO AWAY!!!

I'm glad things are going better.
I'm not super familiar with what he has -- how long do the blisters take to clear up usually? (sorry if this has been talked about already)
So glad to hear that he is doing better! I hope you were able to sleep and not worry too much about him! Keep us updated & praying that he is back to 100% soon!!!
