Anyone else's LO do this while teething?

I know a lot of babies have a reduced appetite during teething.  For some reason, this bout of teething has turned R into a nursing fiend.  He wants to constantly be attached to my boob - I guess the suction pressure may be helping his gums feel better?  Anyone else's LO seem to eat more when they're teething?

 So there's this boy. He kinda stole my heart. He calls me "Mom"

    When Carter got those four teeth in 13 days he was like this.  My boobs got so sore and still are about two months later! He's teething again, but not nursing like crazy this time.

    The suction could feel good, or maybe he just needs more comfort from mama.

    I don't have any experience in this department, considering my daughter was born without teeth

    just kidding...but will they ever come???
