I have another shortie is seems...

Took my little guy for his one month check up and he's in the 1.4% for height. My ODS gets a daily growth hormone shot.  Hoping this one doesn't follow after big brother! Big brother was IUGR, this little guy was not. It is still way too early to tell anything, just shocked I have another tiny one! Different daddies too!

    My DD's are both very different in that respect. DD2 is following the weight gain exactly the same as DD1, but their height it way different!  DD2 is much longer she is in the 60% where as DD1 has always sat just at the 30%.

    I thought DS#1 was small (less than 5% for weight, 15-20% height) but I think DS#2 is going to be smaller.  He was 10 oz less than DS#1 at birth and about an inch shorter.  Only time will tell.

    My DS was in the 5% range for weight (born 4 lbs. 15 oz.) and in the 12% range for height 18 1/2 inches but only time will tell whether he'll be a little peanut like my husbands side or tall like my side of the family.  At 5 wks old there's plenty of time for him to catch up.  Big Smile

    It seems I'm breeding giants.  DD1 was and still is in the 95% for height and about the 30% for weight and same for DD2 so far.  All the women in DH's family are over 6 feet tall so I think they'll be taller than me by the time they're 10! (I'm a tiny 5'1")
