How to get the W-9 for Chacha

Ok, so I've never submitted a W-9 to cha cha either.  I just put in my bank info for the 'pay me monthly' option.......and spent 1/2 hour looking to find where to submit the W-9 to no avail.  Any ideas?

    hmm I'm not sure how to help. Have you tried going into the forums and doing a search?
