Yesterday my best friend's mother (since 5th grade) passed away. She was only 46 yrs old, but she faught a long and painful battle with lupus. Secondary to her lupus and the meds she was on she also had terrible arthritis, osteoporosis and very brittle bones. She lived in pain everyday, but you would never know it. She was the most vibrant, loving and Christian woman I ever knew. She was like a 2nd mother to me and at times more of a mother to me than my own...
We know now that she is in a better place and is finally free of pain, but if you could please pray that her family may have the strength to get through this. Her and my friend were so incredibly close, more like twin sisters or best friends than mother and daughter and I know this is going to be so hard on her.

***BFP 1-22-13, baby boy dx with Trisomy 13 at 15 weeks.
We let him go to Heaven on 4-27-13 at 17 weeks 1 day***
I'm so sorry to hear for your loss. I know what its like to watch a loved one suffer. You and your friends family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
