What are the odds?

Out of the 4 boys I know IRL who are on the spectrum, 3 boys are born under the cancer sun sign including my DS. What are the odds?!!! I am pretty sure that for these 3 boys, there are 100 others under this sun sign who are not on the spectrum. But, I thought it was a striking aspect that I noticed.

This is a topic that comes up a lot on forums for autism and also those related to LD and ADHD. Often, these unscientific polls shows autism peaks in March and August. The reasoning is typically given that it's related to lack of Vitamin D during pregnancy in the Northern hemisphere.

FWIW, the birthrate in people in the U.S. Is highest in July.

That is an interesting view point. It seems like environmental factors along with genetic disposition are a deadly combination for Autism.

That is very odd you say that. My older son has ASD and is also a cancer sign.
