Who's back to work?

How is it?  How soon did you go back after DC was born?

 I'm in Canada so I get 1 year of mat leave but DH and I are thinking of moving back to my hometown and I will likely find a job faster than him due to the fact that I'm bilingual and he isn't.

I'm just wondering about going back when the boys are 3 or 4 mos rather than 1 year.  How was it for you?  HONESTLY :)

    I went back to work 2 weeks ago - the boys were 5.5 months.  HONESTLY, it is not too bad.  I already had my DS in daycare, so I think that may have made the transition easier.  But I know they are well taken of at  their daycare, and I know I don't have a choice.  Our evenings are a bit rough b/c they are ready to eat as SOON as we walk thru the door, but nothing is ready - other than that, its really not so bad.  I cherish the time I have with them now alot more!

    I went back to work last week. The hardest part for me was lack of sleep. The girls still wake up every 3 hours to eat. My mother comes to my house and watches them (sometimes with the help of my sister, SIL or MIL) so I know that they are in great hands.
