So this morning I was trying to dry off after the shower and I was thinking about all the things that suddenly became more difficult this week than even just last week! For fun I thought I would ask you ladies what things have gotten more challenging for you to accomplish this week.

Re: Things that are more difficult this week than in the past...
Baby Girl Lennon born sleeping 6-18-11 Baby Boy Anderson born healthy and happy 8-17-12
Bending over to fill my dogs water and food dish, I tried to teach her to pick it up and hand it to me, that didn't work lol
Putting on pants, that is a chore! Also taking off pants, I now have to sit on the bed to get them off.
Picking anything up off the floor, I usually sit/stand there for a minute and actually think about how much I need that item.
This, but that has been a problem of mine for the last few weeks lol
This! Ha-I went to the pool yesterday and tried to look down to see if I was "ok" and just gave up. I figured, if I cant see it then its not my problem
Walking is getting a lot more difficult real quickly as well. My knees have begun to bother me (thanks to playing soccer for 19+ years and now carrying this heavy belly).
this is funny because the things are adding up. things i could do last week, are suddenly impossible just 7 days later.
1.) i sit to tie my shoes now
2.) i noticed there are several positions in my yoga class that my belly now hits other parts of my body
3.) shaving my legs is starting to be a challenge.
4.) i still have trouble judging my width and continue to ram myself into spots that i was SURE i'd make it through
5.) i tried painting my toes last week and almost died from asphyxiation. pedicures from now on for me, for sure.
1. Getting up to pee
2. Making it through tight spaces
3. Sitting at booths
4. Clipping and painting toenails (I guess it's pedicures only from here on out)
LOL! This is me totally! Or I ask my son to do it for me! Thank God for 5 year olds eager to do anything!
Rolling over in bed or out of bed. Ugh.. I feel out of breath!
Drying my legs after the shower or putting lotion on them.
Clipping my toe nails! OMG!

Seriously! I fear going out to eat now. I know I won't A) be comfortable and
be able to sit close enough to the table and will get food on myself.

Wiping my butt. I'm dead serious...from front to back is hard when your body is so much heavier in the front than the back and I'm short, so short arms! Lol, I hope I'm not the only one!
Sitting like a normal person. I cannot sit straight up and have to be leaning back.
SCANDAL!
Same here!!!

I have really bad RLP so getting up from lying down is so painful.
It takes me an extra 20 minutes to get ready in the morning.
I also have a hard time wiping my butt when I go to the bathroom... hehe
I saw a friend's sister who was due last Friday on the weekend and my belly is as big as her so my spirits are starting to go too
Wearing a bra. I find underwire really annoying right now leaving me with the urge to rip my bra off most of the time.
Also, I am really, really struggling to have the patience and energy to keep up with my other children. I feel bad because they definitely aren't getting the best of me right now.
This. Totally this. I can relate to a lot of these other comments, but this one hits me the hardest, I guess. I feel so guilty!
Also, bending over. I really don't bend over for anything anymore.
Ooooh to be able to do the simple things.
SO usually has to help me off of the couch or it takes me a minute to do it myself
It is way harder to wipe my butt . . . just can't reach around good anymore
I don't even attempt the bikini area because I can't see it at all and I am not sure I can really reach it anymore
It takes a solid minute for me to roll from one side to the other in my bed
Dinner is a chore because standing up to cook food for more than ten minutes seems impossible . . . I have extremely low blood pressure so I have to sit alot
Rolling over in bed.....seriously hurts! UGH!
Shaving anywhere other than my under arms.
Helping my 2 year old put on his shoes....he likes to pretend he cant do it in the morning to prolong the morning adventures...
Cleaning up spills on the ground
Got one more......
Peeing in the cup at the doc office! Seriously....they need to come up with something for us ladies for later in pregnancy....
Getting out of bed. Breathing, this kid is high up and it's hard taking deep breaths. Putting pants on.
Taking care of DS is the hardest thing right now. Lifting him into his high chair/car seat, leaning over the tub to bathe him, bending over to change him. The other night he wasn't feeling well and I was trying to rock him but he couldn't get comfortable around my big belly, poor kid.

I'm right there with you on these as well. I'm just in so much pain, my back, knees and hips are killing me. So literally any movement makes me want to die but DS has just learned how to come get me and lead me to things he wants. I spend a lot of time telling him, no mommy is not getting off the couch, no mommy can't pick you up, or please just watch Pocoyo and let me lay on the couch a little bit longer. I feel really guilty about it too.
Also, I've stopped picking up toys for the most part. The house has to be a total disaster area before I pick them up again and I only do it at night. Bending down to get all that stuff makes me lighted headed along with all my other pain issues.

Me too...
Plus whoever posted about mommy-guilt for having no patience with the LO's.. I'm there with you! Last night was bad. I was hot, heart racing from SORTING LAUNDRY (seriously?!), and just felt like crying. And DS wanted something to eat. I"m like "can I sit for a minute please?!"

OMG...can I say everything?! LOL!
1) bending/squatting of any kind
2) getting shoes on that aren't slip on
3) walking-so effing tired at the end of the day. Just walking around the house is enough to make me pooped
4) any moderate cleaning/housework-the lovely sciatic pain is finally here in full force bringing me down to all fours if I try to do "too much"
5) Sleep. I keep waking up every 2 hours to pee or because DS moves his position inside or is kicking me for fun...
6) Cooking. I. Don't. Wanna.
1- Shaving my legs.. I have to sit on the bottom of the shower, can shave pretty well, but it's the getting up off the floor that seems to be the challenge
2- BREATHING! I always feel like I just ran a marathon
