I am about 2-4 weeks pregnant! I am in a same-sex relationship and we have been together for 4 years now! We had been trying to get pregnant in the past and no success. We had the weight loss surgery done about a year ago and we decided to try again! The first try with a donor was a success! I tested on Friday and it was positive!! I have baby cells inside me now starting to grow and I couldnt be any happier!! My partner and I are so excited to start our family now!!

Congrats! Welcome to 1st Trimester!
And as a side note, from the subject, I thought this was going to be a post about fetal blood cells in the mother's bloodstream, which is a very fascinating recent discovery: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1011343/
