Ultrasound- Becoming Mom

I am 19 weeks, 5 days pregnant. Today I had my second ultrasound to check on the baby & to find out the sex. The baby looked healthy but it was sitting cross legged upside down & would not move out of that position. My insurance won't cover another ultrasound until I am 32 weeks.

 I am thinking of possibly going to becoming mom in Mason. They do a 2d ultrasound for $99. They have a money back guarantee that if they get the sex wrong, they will refund me my money. Also, I can't find a lot of reviews about this place. If you were me, would you take the money back guarantee that they are very confident in knowing the sex or that they sometimes make mistakes?

Anyone have an Cincy area 2D places that they recommend??

    We went to Becoming Mom at around 17 weeks for their gender determination. We were (and truthfully, still are) a little nervous about such an early determination, but we like that they offer the money-back guarantee. 

     That being said, they were great! Very friendly, a comfy environment, and they even let us bring in our laptop and Skype in my father since he was on a job assignment in LA and couldn't personally attend with everyone else. We really felt like they took good care of us, and would go back again!

    I went for the gender determination as well, I was 1 day shy of 20 weeks (this was the weekend before Mother's Day and I just couldn't wait) and was told we had a baby boy! Went in to my OB 2 weeks later for A/S and they confirmed again it was a boy. I like that they have the money back guarantee, that's reassuring. I also had a very pleasant experience and will probably be going back for a 3D/4D scan soon.

    I'm team green, so I have a different perspective.  I wouldn't waste $100 on just finding out the sex, but I'd love to have more pictures when the baby is about 30 weeks.  I wont' get another ultrasound for the rest of my pregnancy, so if I were in your situation I'd have to wait til the baby was born anyhow! 

    If you've got the $100, I'd say do it.  If you are tight on the budget, I'd not waste money and just wait until your 32nd week.

    We have had a 3D/4D ultrasound there with both of our pregnancies, and had a great experience.  Their massages are also absolutely incredible!  With my second pregnancy, my daughter was covering her face when we were there, and they let me come back to get more face shots after I called and asked.

    We went to Becoming Mom at 16 weeks for their gender scan. It was a wonderful experience for us. Very relaxing and I loved seeing LO squirm and bounce around on the screen. Their ultrasound machine is also very clear, so clear you could see the particles floating in the amniotic fluid!! 

    Gender was confirmed again at 19 week anatomy scan at OB. I'd say if it's very important for you to know the sex of baby and you have the money, go for it! You won't be disappointed.

    I went there for my last baby and loved it but they can get pricey. there is a new place in nky that we went to for this baby and they gave you more for your money and were awesome - stork vision.

    I do still love the Becoming Mom prenatal massage. :)

    I guess I'm the odd ball out, my experience was not so great, but it wasn't horrible. I would go get the gender determination because they are very good and it's comforting. I didn't go for the gender reveal as I already knew I went for the 3d/4d scan at around 31 weeks I got the $200 package that came with everything and  fought all of my family. During the scan it was so great seeing my baby make faces and drink amniotic fluid then make faces because she did not like the taste lol. But when I got home and looked over all my photos they were horrible nothing like I expected from the video we had just seen. So after I called to let them know I was not pleased with my photos they told me to come back in and they would get me new ones (GREAT)!!! So we went back in and again everything was great this time the photos were just adorable. But wait whose baby is this on my video??? Lol I just left it alone and kept what I had. I still wonder how Jean Smith and her baby boy are doing from time to time lol that's the lady name who ultrasound video they gave me instead of mine..

    I went there for my gender scan and had a great experience. I also love the clothes they sell on the boutique.
