How do they compare apart from the fact that the techno reclines flat and weighs a tad more and costs about $100 more than the twin triumph.
I am trying to decide which double is best for my 20mo and 2mo old girls. My 20mo old is big - 27lbs and 34inches; I've heard some reviews that either maclaren model may not have wide enough seats for a big toddler. I also came *thisclose* to buying the bumbleride indy twin but I just hate how monstrous it is despite the glowing reviews of its ease of steering/ride. I don't plan on really using til the spring/summer and my younger DD will be 6mos+ and sitting up etc. so the infant seat option isn't a plus for me. Thoughts?
Re: maclaren twin techno vs. twin triumph
I really can't answer which is better, since I'm not a maclaren owner...but I did want to tell you what steered me away from purchasing one. There isn't a handlebar, it's two separate handles. You can't steer one handed because of that... that might not be an issue for you, but it was for me :-)
good luck!
