DS has reached so many milestones in the last week it's crazy. He started crawling a week ago Saturday, then figured out how to sit up from laying and on Friday started pulling up on everything. It has been fun to watch but nap time and bedtime have been horrible. He is constanly rolling over then sitting up and eventually pulling up on the crib (we dropped the crib down so no chance of him going over the edge). Please someone tell me sleeping will go back to normal soon!

    Ugh, hang in there you're not the only one! I'm in the same boat! Since learning to crawl a couple weeks ago DD is a terrible sleeper. She likes to sleep on her belly, but now, a few times a night, she tends to get up on all fours like she's going to crawl. Sometimes she does crawl, and sometimes she just cries with her eyes closed in a crawl position. I don't know what to do, this is the first bump in sleep patterns we've had since about 1 month old. She fights sleep for naps or for bedtime, and she wakes up several times a night and fights me putting her to sleep again. I'm hoping it will get better soon, but were traveling overseas in 2 days so with the jet lag and all I'm afraid it's only going to get worse... But if you find a solution that helps you... please let me know.

    DD hasn't started crawling or pulling up yet, but she is going to sitting, from laying down, all the time!  Last night she woke up 3 times and when I went in her room each time, she was sitting up screaming!  I just wanted to tell her, You can't sleep sitting up, just lay down and you will fall asleep!!

    I feel your pain, DS does this too. It is funny the first few times but then you would think they would get the idea!
