speaking of hemi's... (maybe TMI)

Mine are driving me crazy!! I feel like they are gigantic and I've been super uncomfortable lately. I tried Tucks wipes (basically witchhazel), but still they are bugging me. Is anyone else still super uncomfortable after all this time because of their hemi's? What are you doing for them? Anyone's doc offer a solution?

  • I was lucky and didn't get them!  Sorry, not trying to rub that in.  But, commenting to say that if they're bad enough it could require surgery.  SO has an uncle who had surgery not long ago because his were so bad, and was bleeding soooo much, he got really sick.  So, if they get that bad, definitely keep in contact with your doctor about it!

Glad you didn't get them! It sucks. Mine don't sound as bad as that... just uncomfortable.

  • grrr... I just don't want DH lookin at my bum when we're doin the deed because I'm afraid he'll see.... never even told him that. So gross!! It hurts sometimes. I use tucks pads every day to keep them from getting bad. I heard you need surgery to get them removed sometimes. Now I hate pregnancy even more... Never thought that could've been possible.

  • Mine have been in an uproar lately...not sure what is setting them off.  I'm defintely more irritated after working out.  Before pregnancy I used to get some Rx cream to help out (which it did)...I may have to make another appointment.  What could help though is put a piece of ice in a plastic baggie and place it back there.  Yes it will BURRRRN but fight the burn and keep it there for awhile and keep on doing that for about 20 minutes....it helped ease the pain/itching for me for about a day or two.
