I started slowly working out last week and it's been tough, but not as tough as being able to wear a really great sports bra! I am worried that my supply will decrease the more I work out. Anyone have any advice?
I would just do exactly what you are doing - ease into it slowly and pay careful attention to your supply; cut back on exercise if you notice a decrease.
Have you had any supply issues yet? If not, I wouldn't worry too muc habout it unless you start seeing a decline. I have been working my way back into running (in regular sports bras) for the last week or so and haven't had any problems, but I've been fighting oversupply and overactive letdown from day 1 so that might be why.
