I have seen other boards do it and maybe there is already one on this board. But is anyone doing like a weight loss check-in kind of thing? Sort of a support group.
How about a once a week post thread where we can brag about (at least) one success from the previous week and (at least) one goal for the upcoming week? We can also post and track our long term and short term goals.

i think this will be good even for those who are almost back to their prebaby wt- i only have 3 lbs to go, but want to lose an extra 5 but my body is just saggy and out of shape so i think it would be good for everyone, great idea OP!
