Dry skin and BR?

I have been having super dry skin and am guessing its related to the fact that I BF and it is now summer. Is anyone else having this issue? What have you found that helps soothe your skin? Thanks!

I haven't, but DS has and I have been using Cetaphil on his face which seems to be working.
