JCPenney Gliders anyone?

Hello all,

I am starting my search for a glider for the nursery. Anyway, I'm in the market for a completely upholstered one instead of the wooden glider that has some upholstering. Anyway, I saw some on the jcpenney website and was wondering if anyone had one and what they thought of it. Or...if you have a suggestion on your gliders I would be very appreciative. TIA!

    I don't want to spend alot of money. ?Target and Walmart have some for $150.

    I'm getting one from Wal-Mart that's $140 - what do you mean by completely upholstered?

    I mean, you can't see the wood. A chair that is completely covered besides the feet.

    I loved those but they are TOO expensive! It's like $600 for the chair and ottoman! ?That is half of what I paid for my furniture set!

    My mom just ordered one of the upholstered gliders from JCP. I haven't seen the exact model, but I have gotten to sit in some by the same company and they are awesome. I also wanted one that looked more like a recliner than the wooden rocking chair style. I look forward to getting mine in! And it really isn't that expensive. Less than $300 for the chair that I am getting...

    We are getting a best chair Story Time Series. They have tons of chairs and fabric choices. It takes at least 6 weeks to get them in.

    That one is a swivel rocker recliner. I am not getting an ottoman. I will get a cheap wooden stool for when I'm nursing. The chair is one of the larger ones they make so it's comfy for DH too.

     

    It's about 600.00 for the chair (but they have cheaper options too).

    I have no opinon on the gliders  (Sorry!) from JCPenny, other than I almost bought one.

    I also want an upholstered chair rather than the wooden.  I figure it will be useful as an actual piece of furniture in a living room some day if I get a neutral color... I registered for one on BRU just for the heck of it (not expecting to get one) but will probably buy from JCP (but I haven't tried one IRL)
