Natural Birth

Book recomendations?

I am about to have #2 and am looking for a great birthing book. The first time around I read "Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way." But, I ended up being induced at 41 weeks and they discovered my LO had a heart defect when they hooked me up to monitors SO most of my plans went out the window. I've heard "the birth partner" is a good read. Anyone else have any other recomendations?

Re: Book recomendations?

  • Anything by Ina May Gaskin and Hypnobirthing by Marie Mongan. Probably there are others but depends if you will be in the hospital and your exact situation. GL!
