Dr. Browns bottles

For those who use Dr. Browns bottles, does your LO burp a lot less?  It seems my little guy doesn't burp as much, or he'll have one an hour or so after he eats.  I know the bottles are suppose to help reduce burps, but wasn't sure why it's so delayed in him and he gets really fussy and has a few an hour or so later.  Thoughts?  Thanks!

    It has something to do with the shape of LO's stomach and the amount of air, I saw a great diagram but can't find it now.
