I'm a lurker here since my MFM doc thinks I'll deliver around 32-34 weeks. I saw the post below about the Rock and Play being very useful for preemies with reflux. Any other recommendations for baby products that are especially useful for preemies? (any category -- doesn't have to be sleep-related). TIA!

Re: Baby products that are helpful for preemies
Swaddles and outfits that snap, not zipper (so that the cables can pass through in the NICU). Until their due date, I kept them swaddled all the time, and those things get filthy pretty fast. Swaddling blankets are kind of a pain, in my experience. I also got unscented baby lotion (California Baby). My girls also loved the rock and plays (and had reflux - I think most preemies do).
I had my twins at 33 weeks and they're doing great! Best of luck...I hope all goes smoothly for you.
I cut a couple squares of foam from an egg crate mattress and put them behind the fabric in the head area of each of our rock n plays...it did the trick.
