I just read IN ON IT and thought I would recommend it to those waiting to adopt. I don't have any affiliation with this book, but it has some great information for friends and families. I even wrote a blog post about one of the topics about protecting your child's privacy.

Re: A good book for friends and family adopting
I think that the book looks great!
This seems a bit spammy to me though, because you've never posted before this, and there is a link to your fundraising efforts in your blog, which you linked. IDK. Maybe I am just being sensitive.

It really is a great book. I met the author at a trade show and she was fantastic to talk to. I only wish she had written it a few years earlier so we could have given it to our families before we adopted. :-)
Thanks for sharing, will have to check it out.
