Chewable tylenol?

My morning sickness has subsided but my gag reflex is super sensitive. I am having dental work done and have been having to take tylenol, which makes me gag and spit it back out and a couple of times has ended up causing me to vomit. Does anybody know if adults can take children's chewable tylenol? My mouth is in so much pain but I can't get the dern pills to go down right now :-(

  • It has less meds in it then the adult type. I would ask my doctor if I were you.

  • Yes, adults can and do take baby asprin. It's most commonly used for heart problems. It's the same thing, just a lower dose & chewable. It's 81mg vs 325mg adult.

  • Its just a matter of the mg of drug in the childrens! You'd have to take more than they would. I believe you can get liquid tylenol for adults.

  • I cant take caplets or gel caps because of a surgery I previously had. So I take childrens chewables as well as adult liquid tylenol. THey do make tylenol in  liquid form for adults. It still horrible tasting but works.
