New(ish) SAHM
I've been lurking for a little while, but need something to do during LO's marathon nursing sessions, so hello! I worked part time after DD1 was born, but my contract was not renewed after the end of January. A few weeks later I was put on bedrest, and 5 weeks after that our second little preemie arrived. I didn't think I'd enjoy being at home full time, but now work is the farthest thing from my mind and I'm so glad that I don't need to expose my tiny girl (born at 3lbs 8oz) to daycare germs! I'm looking forward to getting new ideas for things to do with my LOs as we will be spending lots of time together for the foreseeable future!

I occasionally post on the preemies board. I did more with DD1 since everything about the preemie experience was new. Both of my girls are late-term preemies (35w2d/pre-e; 35w/IUGR) and had uneventful NICU stays. Nice to see another preemie mom here!
