He is a chef. I mostly only cook special occasions. Most people think I would be intimidated, but I'm not. I just don't enjoy cooking. In the past, I have made filet mignon & shrimp but I usually make stuffed peppers or ribs.
It can be any meat except fish and anything else except horseradish or sauerkraut (he hates).
He made me steak and mashed potatoes for mother's day and when he went to the grocery store (that day) he also picked up a card and orchid for me. Yay. I kill all plants. What I really wanted was an initial necklace for DS that I've been asking for since he was born ("push present"). I am thinking of finally getting myself that necklace for Father's Day but what should I get him? lol
I had started making him a photo album of him and DS on shutterfly, but we moved two weeks ago plus I do all the caring for DS, so I haven't finished it yet.
Re: What should I cook DH for Father's Day? And what Gifts are you giving?
Maybe I should check my pinterest. I know I pinned a pulled pork "muffin" with it baked inside the cornbread. hmm
Ooh sounds intriguing...

Thanks! It looks interesting enough that I may have to make some this week..
Fwiw I'm making bfast for DH.. Challah bread French toast sliced thick with vanilla and nutmeg cooked in bacon grease.. Bacon (obvs).. And little sausage balls browned then wrapped in pizza dough and baked for 30 min. I also have plain Greek yogurt and berries
This post is making me hungry!!
Funny, I was also going to suggest a southern-style dinner like pulled pork, mac & cheese, etc...you can't go wrong with a meal like that!
Thanks for sharing the link for the muffins. I am definitely going to have to make those now!! YUM!
Here's my plan for Father's Day: He's getting 2 home made shirts (still need to finish them), the Pinterest inspired DAD photo and 3 blu rays he's been wanting. I'm going to make him breakfast in bed with sausage, eggs and pancakes and then for dinner we're doing a cookout of steaks, baked potatoes and corn on the cob. Like many others, my DH kinda dropped the ball for Mother's Day so I'm going to set an example for next year. Lol.
I don't know how he feels about Italian, but my go-to dinner is either home made lasagna or chicken parm, tossed salad and garlic bread. I also like doing baked mac n' cheese and pork chops.
