Shutterfly customer service = awesome.

Just a note for the ladies who think, like I did, that because they direct mail a bunch of ads to your home, they're like the crappy sling spammers we were getting all winter.

I ordered my birth announcements (I know, pretty late) with them and couldn't get a coupon to work. They tried to fix the problem and couldn't, so they admitted to me their software was buggy and apologized. THEN they extended the expiration date so I can use the coupon on something else.  Guess who is going to order some address labels with Babysaurus smiling on them and then get them for free?

Also, I ordered a book for H for fathers' day and it looks awesome despite being full of pictures taken with my iPhone.

    i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.

    Haven't dealt with their customer service, but I did just order a ton of prints and was able to apply 3 different codes, including free shipping code, saving me almost $40.  I thought that was awesome because normally companies only allow one code per order. I love shutterfly!!

    When I ordered my announcements, the shipping got screwed up when I went to double check the book. I saw that they charged a credit card and were shipping it to a place I no longer lived at. I used their online customer support, and they were able to cancel the order and let me reorder to pick up in store.
