feels like my abdomen is about to split

Does anybody else have this?  I think that it must indicate that she is facing the wrong direction.  She always pushes on the same spot every night and, by the end of the day, I'm amazed I don't have a bruise there!  I was trying to figure out what is going on using the spinning babies website, but it really isn't very clear to me.  Anybody else out there have thoughts?
