hip carrying and pulling to stand questions

LO hangs on really well with her knees when she's on my hip only on one side. Does anyone elses LO do this? She just lets her legs dangle.

And we don't really have anything that is good for her to pull stand so would you buy a toy of some sort to help her? And if so what sort?

No advice for #1, but we have a play table similar to this one -

The legs detach so they can play with the top on the ground and when they start standing and pulling up you can put the legs on. The walking toys are not good for when they just start to pull up and stand. My nephew used on to stand and it rolled away and he fell on his face.

We haven't invested in a table yet but we have a sectional with part of it facing the TV... I've had LO stand up against it and watch Sesame Street for a couple mins at a time.. he loves it!
