Baby Shower venue recos?

Hi everyone -

First post - my partner and I are expecting and my mom is hosting our baby shower in late July/early August.  She just found out the place she was thinking of is booked at that time and we need some recos to pass along to her.

Here's what we need:

Space for about 30-40

Prefer the ability to bring in our own food - but open to reasonably priced restaurants/catering (want to be <$15/pp if possible)

Reasonable rental fee (<$300)

Comfortable with two mommies - we prefer no weirdness :)

Casual, but not Dave and Buster's casual, relaxed but special, maybe?
