I cried at Wendy's!

DH and I have been packing, cleaning, and organizing getting ready to move on Monday. I was just SOOOOO tired and in pain and STARVING and all I wanted was a baked potato with chili and cheese.

So we got cleaned up and drove to Wendy's and they were out of baked potatoes!!!! I burst into tears and poor DH was sooo embarrassed. He was trying to nicely get me to stop and telling me it was okay, while I was freakin out going "It's not okay! I just want a potato!!!!"

I decided to get some chicken nuggets and they ended up shorting me one!! Bastards....

I tried to get a frosty last night and they were "cleaning the machine." I *almost* cried but managed to control myself.

1. they've run out of potatoes when I really REALLY wanted one, too. I hate that; it sucks. Especially since no other fast food chain has them!

2. I can't believe they shorted you one! I would call the Wendy's main line and COMPLAIN. maybe you'll get some coupons out of it.

3. when I am THAT hungry, I always manage to burst into tears. I can't help it.

I offered my DD $5.00 and an extra hour tonight before bed if she would let me have the last ice cream sandwich in the freezer. She is 5 and bought them with "her money" the other day. I REALLY wanted the last one. The bribe worked, and I enjoyed every bite of it......as DH gave me wierd looks from the other side of the room.
