I woke up today at 2:30 to use the restroom, and I haven't been able to go back to sleep.  I went downstairs and started to organize paperwork left over from my old job, sorted laundry, and played on the boards.  I went back upstairs and laid down for another 45 minutes, but never fell back asleep.  My mind was just racing.  I'm almost wondering if that was my "burst of energy before labor" that I hear so much about.  Could that be it, or is it more of a frantic cleaning burst?

    Here's hoping!  I was waiting for a crash later this morning, but it's 10 am and I'm still chugging along :o)  If I could have this kid tonight/tomorrow it would be PERFECT timing!

    Could be! I had a huge burst of energy a few hours before my water broke.

    I hope it is for you. I had 2 days of an energy burst Sunday and Monday (cleaned the whole house and tiled the kitchen that I had been putting off for 6 months) and I'm still pregnant. Not even a BH in sight. =[

    I was up with contrax for 2 hours on Monday at 1 am...so I cleaned my bathroom and organized digital pics/caught up on work email.  Had the baby Tuesday morning, so maybe this is a sign of imminent labor for you!  Good luck!
