My husband and I have been contemplating when to tell my parents. It's their 1st grandchild and I'm bursting at the seams. I don't want to keep it from them for too long. I know my mom would want to be there for me during my blah days, but when is it considered "safe" to tell family and loved one's??
I would greatly appreciate your feedback
Thank You in advance.

Re: When should I tell my parents were pregnant??
We are doing a split approach. As we had to work with an RE to get here, most of our family and closest friends know we were waiting to find out. As soon as we got our BFP we made 5 calls to M's mom, my mom, my sister, and our two very closest friends. We asked everyone to keep it very quiet for right now. After we have our u/s and see the heart beat will will let everyone else that supported us on our journey know. We plan on not releasing it to the "general public" and extended families until at least 13 to 14 weeks while a friend of mine shouted hers from the rooftop by 5 weeks.
I think just as pregnancy is a personal journey and different for everyone, so is how to release the information. Do what you are most comfortable with!
