DH used up the last of our saline packets and didn't tell me. I'm in desperate need of flushing out my nose in hopes of breathing better - does anyone know if I could just use regular table salt? Something tells me it'd sting but if it will work, I want to give it a try.

I've ran our and used it before...it didn't burn at all but I put less in it than the packets has.
