How can I make die cut circles?? Re: birthday banners

I really want to make a birthday banner, and I love one that I saw on pintrest ( from etsy) with scalloped edged circles, but I would rather make it myself. Is there any way , other than cutting each circle by hand to get perfect circles? Has anyone seen pre done circles in craft stores? Do any office places cut them?

    I have a punch that I use! Print a 40% off coupon for Hobby Lobby/Joanns/.Michaels etc.

    I thought about those, how big do they come? I'm thinking 4 or 5 inches round For each letter .

    I made my banner using the Cricut machine. can you buy one? Borrow from a friend? Use at a scrapbooking store?

    A cricut would be great. They're fast and very customizable and you could make both the circles and the letters any size you want. Do you have any crafty friends that do scrapbooking or anything like that? I've never heard of being able to use one at a craft store before...

    I bought I circle cutter at Michael's to make the bodies of my ladybugs and then a punch like Carla mentioned for the spots. It was by Martha Stewart and it worked great.  It's basically a sharp blade on a dial that spins 360 degrees.

    This!  Circle cutters work great and are easy to use.  You pick the exact size you want on the ruler part and then spin it around to cut the circle.  I used one for my b-day banner as well.

    You may also be able to find precut scalloped circles at Michaels in the scrapbook/card section if you can't find a punch big enough, or you don't know anyone with a cricut.
