Trying to Get Pregnant
New to TTC, but preg symptoms?
Hi - I'm completely new to this, and wondering what's going on with what I am experiencing, so I thought I should ask the experts lol!
Got mirena removed 5/24 (had it for 18mos). Got 1.5 days of bleeding 2 days later which would have been the same time as AF was due (except it was way heavy and shorter). Started charting BBT and checking CM. Had a dip on saturday, then a rise the next 2 days. Lots of EWCM sunday night. Also did the BD 3x on sunday!!! EWCM slowly dried up over mon/tue and BBT was trending up (except I have a cold and a fever this am so had to ignore today). Anway, this afternoon I've started cramping. Like AF cramps, but no spotting or anything.
We weren't really trying, in fact the EWCM was a kinda shock esp. after all that BD.
What do you think? When should I test?

Beth, you cracked me up. I am so new to this TTC thing I just checked the Bump Glossary. If I am, I am gonna get a t-shirt with "KTFU" on it for when my hubby gets home.

My BFP Chart
I always thought that would be a funny way to tell my husband when it happens, it would be funny to watch him try to figure out what it meant. In all serious though, when I got my Paraguard removed, my cycles were all over the place for a few months- I even got my period twice the first month, not so awesome.

TCOYF is my have book atm!! I'm using Fertility Friend to chart, but with the fever and getting up early for a flight, 2 of my days were discarded. Argh. Never mind. Let's see what happens...

So, you're having lots of unprotected sex on purpose during your FW, yet you're not TTC? Also, with all that sex, are you sure it was EWCM and not semen?
Guilty as charged, but don't feel bad about it at all! At least we can keep it spontaneous for now LOL
Yes, it was EWCM, totally different from semen, lasted a couple of days, and my cervix changed position + texture too.
You had sex 3x on Sunday?
I'm sure your vag was raw.

No, this is not Chigrl. I actually rejoined Bump under a new name after having the same stuff happen to me my first time on here and it scaring me off posting on here. Now we are preg I wanted to use the site again under a different name to stop all that BS.
And I know what it is like to be pushed off here by bitchiness and sick comments. This is a forum for people to support each other.
