Yay!!!

We cleaned it out yesterday. Now DH is busy patching the walls, he removed the old closet organizer and is now painting the inside of the closet, we got a new closet organizer he will put up tomorrow. Then next weekend I think he plans on ripping the carpet out and putting the laminate down. I'm so excited!!!

I should be doing the same thing. I am dreading painting the inside of the closet! I also have to paint DD's new room since her old one is becoming the nursery.

That is awesome, we still have so much to do!!! I hope my DH gets inspired one of these days... I think he just keeps assuming March is so far off!! Have fun decorating.

We had planned to work on ours this weekend too but it will have to wait since we are both sick. We just laid laminate through half our upstairs, everything except the 3 bedrooms. Now i wish that we had put it in the rooms! Might have to talk Dh into that one!!! After all my mom did buy us a big rug so i have to have wood floors to put it on!

We bought enough laminate for the entire front of the house, the baby room, spare room and front living space. DH didn't want to do the living space, but I talked him into it. He wanted to wait a year and to buy it for the front area, but the stuff we found was on clearance so I talked him into it. It would have looked dumb to have 2 different types of laminate.

YAY!! Isn't that best feeling. All the furniture that was in the room is packed away in the attic -- we threw out so much stuff its crazy!! And then DH spackled the few picture frames holes and primed. Tomorrow, he may paint one color, so depending on what happens, we could be done painting next weekend.?

Thanks!! My goal is to have the room done by January 15. DH wanted to put it off until March. I finally won. haha

I registered like 2 weeks ago, just to get it over with before the holidays. I think my invites are going out like the week after xmas so I really just wanted the registry done.

ok...from now on you need to tell me when you do something so that I can get on the ball!

However, my mom just decided to throw me a shower, and I will be like 33/34 weeks.

I think I'll start a registry tomorrow. ??
