Welcome . . . to my enormous middle! Or, "I'm a Whiney Baby"

From Follistim, not a baby.  No, really, my belly is huge.  My partner saw it and she can hardly keep from chortling.  She pats it and says I'm growing a baby.

I really do look about 15 weeks pregnant.  Ugh.  Plus, I've had the worst stomach aches.  Dr. Google reported that stomach ache was one of the most reported side effects, so at least I'm not crazy.  It isn't a bloated feeling (which I have, too, because I'm, well, ENORMOUSLY BLOATED), but actual stomach ache.  Like, lie down and close my eyes because my tummy hurts.  

I don't even want to eat when it hurts, which really means something.  

Silly old baby-making drugs . . .

37, married to my favorite person in the world, DW! One darling surfer-girl (12) and one darling, sweet boy born 3/16/13.

5/2013 Started TTC #3, DW's turn: 5/2013: Diagnostics (shg) and surgery (polyp rem.) for best chances. July-Oct: IUI # 1-4, medicated, monitored, triggered.  All BFN. IVF in Jan May. Sheesh. Whoop! IVF#1 cycle started 4/2/14. 5/1: 19 eggs retrieved, 8 matured, ICSI'd.  4 fertilized.   Only 2 to transfer/freeze stage. 5/6: Two embryos transferred. 5/15: Beta #1 9dp5dt is 134! BFP! 5/19: Beta #2 13dp5dt is 672! B'erFP! 5/21: Beta #3 15dp5dt is 1853.  Yay!

    We just went through this so I feel your pain!  I ate really small meals about 6 times a day so I didn't cause any food swelling on top of that.  I hope your belly reduces soon and you get some relief.  I think at the end of the day it is totally worth it.  Best of luck on this cycle!
