Teetheing ball of crankyness

My baby is teething. So she chews on everything BUT the theethers and she especially loves my finger - OUCH

She isn't eating quite as well and is just cranky. Last night was horrible. She would not stay asleep and was waking up every 30-45 minutes. She now likes to sleep on her side, but doesn't know how to just stay there and rolls back on to her back and is not happy. I finally put her in the swing at 2.30 am but even then (usually she's out cold) she would wake up every 45 minutes.

I see this is going to be another tough phase to go through. Any tips on how to keep her on her side? Also I will try some tylenol tonight but was wondering if I should maybe do the gum gel???

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

TIA!

Ds likes to feel cradled when he sleeps so I rolled up two receiving blankets and put them under his sheet so he can feel more snug then just laying flat on his back. Maybe that would help your lo stay on her side.

We've been going through never ending teething!

I just recently bought DS an amber teething bracelet and it seems to be making a difference.

We have also used both Tylenol and the teething gel with much success but I'm liking this bracelet because I like avoiding medicating him when I can

I was under the impression that we should not use teething gel.

I did ask my pediatrician about teething and her thoughts on teething tablets.  She said that although she doesn't have an opinion about them, she thinks they work.  I was more concerned with their safety, but she wasn't for them or against them.

When DS was teething, I gave him a dose of tylenol before putting him to bed.  This seemed to help him sleep better.
