I am 32 weeks and have been majorly slacking in terms of preparing for this birth. I know I want to go natural, and am hiring a doula.. but I don't know how I want to handle techniques, ie bradley, hypnobabies, etc. Theres really not much time left for a class, so I was thinking of doing the hypnobabies home study. Has anyone had good experiences with that? Is it enough preparation for me? Any other suggestions to get ready with limited time left?
**Also if anyone is SELLING a hypnobabies home study, please email me - oodles1213 at comcast.net, thanks!
Re: Preparing - Hypnobabies home study? Class? Will I be prepared?
I had a great experience with the Hypnobabies home study. You can read the birth story on my facebook page:

I decided to use it after a very difficult, surprise natural birth with my son. I researched so many classes before choosing: Bradley, Hypnobirthing, Lamaze, Birthing from Within and Hypnobabies. There was no Hypnobabies instructor and I did the home study. I followed the instructions exactly. My husband was skeptical, but agreed to support me. (He later became a huge advocate. You can read his story here: https://www.hypnobabies.com/mylink.php?id=6638). I chose Hypnobabies because the videos on you tube where amazing. I'm so happy I did. I had a birth free from discomfort. I felt educated, informed and in control. The class was more than enough information for me and the tools were amazing.
Good luck! I hope you choose Hypnobabies. It is well worth the money.
