Has anyone else had irregular poops pp?

I am 3 weeks out and I can count on one hand how many poops I've had... Half the time they are not even decent amounts. Sorry, TMI I know. Is this normal? I used to be normal and then I had a baby. My body feels so messed up. 

I eat normal, drink water, and I even have been taking one of the stool softeners each day. I am just bloated and gassy. Just like my baby... bloated and gassy.  UGH.

    I seem to be fine in that department...Lol, but I hope you find relief.  Maybe try suppositories?  Not glamorous at all but it may help you go.

    yes! I used to go everyday..ever since I came home from the hospital I go about every 4 days! Infact when I think about it I don't even know the last time I went..I eat normal and drink plenty of water. I even eat a lot of fiber. I'm taking an iron tablet so I think that may play into it.

    This is me. And on the rare chance I do go, I feel like I'm giving birth again.

    Try miralax it works wonders at restarting your normal rhythm and is safe for bfing.

    I make and freeze huge batches of raisin bran muffins and have one every day with a cup of decaf mid-morning.

    I had that problem but at 6 wks, I am back to once a day. It just takes time for our bodies to return to normal. I had a csection though so I expected it. I didn't take anything because I was never uncomfortable enough. I don't like taking any meds.
