Can't breathe...

Having to take deep breaths about every 10 minutes or so. Anyone else? Anything I can do other than wait for him to drop to get relief?

    Same here.  I found that if you sit up straight and push down a little on the fundus (right around your solar plexus), you can make just enough space for your lungs to expand.
