Having horrible pains in my back and right side of my stomach!!

(this is my 1st pregnancy!)

Last night in bed these pains started up! I could do nothing but lay there!! I have been having contractions here and there but they come and go! I am 39weeks and 4days!! I just dont know what is going on! Should I call my doctor? I just dont know what to do!

    Are your pains constant, or do they come and go too?  Those sound like the contractions I experienced (I just had cramping and lots of back labor).

    Agree with PP if they come and go they are probably contractions and if you're full term then yayyy that's exciting :D

    where on your back and how high up on your stomach? aren't those also pre e symptoms? back/shoulder and under rib pain?
