1 hour work out - Walked one hour during lunch break- did 3.2 miles on Friday. Also 1 1/2 horse back ride Sat. Tracking my food intake with Iphone app-Lose It (eating about 1200-2300Cal).
Goals for the week:order - Insanity Work out Video and signing up for WW

On Sunday I did 30 minutes of yoga and a 35 minute run/walk. DH is out of town this week so I don't see any real exercise in my future because I'm home alone with the baby and a non-napping 4 year old. Does stress burn calories? (DD1 cut her hair this morning....)
I have no clue what my current weight is because I don't weigh myself, but my weight at my 6 week check up was 140. PPW was 130, and ideally I would like to be at 125, but more importantly I just want my clothes to fit the way they used to and I will be happy.
Wed/Thurs/Fri last week I went on a walk with DD each day that lasted about an hour (though not power walking). Last night I did a halh hour work out (treadmill/ab work), and today I went on an hour walk.
My eating is not the best, and this weekend was DD's Christening so yummy food was all around. I am cutting out my unhealthy evening snack, and only allowing myself something healthy so I guess that is a start.

Have done nothing yet this week. My main computer crashed a couple weeks ago and just got all my data back on DVD to put on this computer yesterday. So have been spending my day dealing with music, pictures, files, cloud drives.....and on.

This past week I jogged 2 miles on Tuesday and Thursday and did a run/walk for a mile on Saturday with my hubby.
Goals for the week: job 2 miles on Tuesday and Thursday and try for 2.5 on Saturday.
Her hair is such a rats nest right now it's hard to tell! I don't think it's too bad. I guess every kid needs to do it at some point. I can deal with naughty. It's the constant "I will not!" I get from my teenaged 4 year old that make my BP go up!
Alanna: FF. 33. 5'4. I don't know how much I weigh because I have not weighed myself since high school. I estimate that I probably need to lose 25 pounds. I judge by what clothes I can fit into and I have a certain pair of jeans that it is my goal to get into.
Yesterday did 45 minutes on the treadmill. The day before that 30. I have cut carbs out of my diet starting on Monday (except for fruit.) We also just joined an athletic club today so I will be able to swim, use more machines and use the rowing machine.
