    Gain so far: The scale tells me I gained 5 pounds since last week!? I sincerely hope this is just water retention...I do look awfully bloated. If that's true though, I've gained 6.2 lbsTongue Tied

    Cravings/Indulgences this week?:  Pizza, Chipotle, Doughnuts, Cheetos, all cravings and indulgences Embarrassed  I guess the good thing is that my portion sizes are completely reasonable though.  I only had one piece of pizza for dinner and 2 for lunch the next day, I ate my Chipotle burrito over the course of 2 days and I've only had a single 1 oz serving of Cheetos.  I may have gone a little overboard with the doughnuts though, but in my defense I had been craving them for like a week and  a half before I gave in!

    Cravings/Indulgences this week?:  Popcorn with butter and pancakes with syrup. I've been able to eat pizza this week for the first time in a while. Very lightly cheesed though, still having problems with lots of melted cheese, ick.
