  According to WebMD, your first trimester spans from week 1 to 12, your second from week 13 to the end of 27 (so week 28), and your third runs from the 28th through the end (obviously). Even though it feels like the first is the longest, your second trimester is actually the longest of the 3. Medically speaking, they are not actually equal lengths of time. Bummer.
