In Bassinet or Crib?

hello all!

So I have a question...is your baby now too big for the bassinet?? Looks like my LO has reached the end for the bassinet and I am so sad because I don't want to put him in his crib yet (due to being in his room). Where is your baby sleeping?? If not in crib yet, when are you planning to start sleeping LO in there?

My LO sleeps in the bassinet next to our bed for most of the night. By about 5-6am he will come into bed with me. The bassinet will do for a while yet, and I'm in no hurry to get him to move to his crib (in a different room, on a different floor). I think I'll miss him a lot when he eventually moves Sad

She never had a true bassinet just the bassinet attachment for the PNP. I moved her to her crib at 1 month. Everyone sleeps so much better. I'm not listening to her talk in her sleep. She isn't being awoken by DH snoring or by his alarm clock going off at 4:30.

She's in the rock n play next to my bed. She won't sleep long stretched when she's laying flat, but sleeps from 10-7 if she's in her RNP. I know I need to start moving her, but I hate giving up that 9 hour stretch!. We're still tinkering with reflux meds so I'll wait another couple of weeks for things to settle down.

Moved him to the crib after his first set of shots. so glad I did. Sleep is good.

He's in the pack n play next to our bed. I'm not sure when we'll move him to the crib. Maybe when he's sleeping longer stretches and waking up at more consistent times.

She's in the PNP in our room. I am so ready to move her. We are goin on vacation later this week and didn't want to transition until we get back.

She is still in the pnp bassinet beside our bed overnight. She naps in her crib during the day. We will move her soon I think.

This. DS is 3 pounds away from being out of the bassinet. I actually love my snuggle morning time with him. And am freaked about him going into his crib...so far away...the other room..... Broken Heart

E is still in the RNP next to the bed. I want to move her but I'm scared because of the reflux. I want to see the pediatric GI and hopefully get it resolved and then move her. I am ready for her to be in her room except for the reflux fear!

We are in the same boat! I don't want to move LO to crib (in another room) yet! I am going to try and keep him in bassinet in my room for as long as I can. Smile

I think we will eventually move him...as soon as I get a better monitor..do not like the simple one I have now...and when he absolutely does not fit in bassinet anymore.
