Nesting turned pity party

Why can't I nest like a normal person? =[ 

I've been super energized yesterday and today. Sunday I cleaned the whole house and today I got the bright idea to finish some tiling in the kitchen. But now there's a ton of fiberglass imbedded in my hands and arms. 

PSA to any ladies who are going to be using mesh mounted tile and cutting it up, wear gloves! The insane itching is the worst.

    Use a credit card to try is "scrape" it out of your hands.

    My DH works in an industry where he gets into fiberglass insulation on occasion, and that's he does to help relieve the itching.

    duct tape or packing tape is also good. i had fiberglass all over my arms in chest after i sanded down an old fiberglass sailboat a year or two ago.
